Abstract:
Spinal manipulation plays an important role in the non-surgical treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases. Spinal manipulation technique is a compound technique that contains many mechanical elements and motion characteristics at the moment of operation. Quantifying and objectifying the parameters of traditional Chinese medicine massage techniques, summarizing the technical characteristics of the operation, and in-depth discussion of the biomechanical mechanism of the manipulation is conducive to the teaching assessment and clinical diagnosis and treatment standards of massage techniques, making the manipulation more safe and efficient, and further promoting the inheritance and development of spinal manipulation techniques. The author has reviewed and compiled the biomechanical research papers on spinal manipulation at home and abroad in recent years, and intends to review the biomechanical effect of spinal manipulation on the lumbar disc under transient load, the measurement of technical parameters, and the characteristics of manipulation.
