    Abstract:

The maintenance of bone structure integrity and bone mass requires a certain amount of mechanical stimulation. Studies have shown that mechanical stimulation can participate in bone remodeling processes by regulating various regulatory factors such as hormones, transcription factors, and signaling molecules. Mechanical stimulation plays a crucial role in bone remodeling by regulating the expression of microRNAs (miRNAs). However, the role and mechanism of miRNAs regulated by mechanical stimuli in bone remodeling are not fully understood. This review summarized the role and mechanism of miRNAs regulated by mechanical stimuli in bone remodeling, and their potential applications in the treatment of osteoporosis were emphasized as well.
