Abstract:3D printing technology has become the focus of research in various fields, including 3D scanning anatomical structure or surface, 3D digital reconstruction, computer-aided modeling, STL format conversion, product printing and other steps. Because of its low production cost, high production efficiency, individual design and other advantages, it is widely used in various fields of medicine. In recent years, 3D printing technology has been gradually applied to the production of orthopedic orthotics, which plays an important role in the treatment and rehabilitation of joint, trauma and spinal related diseases. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the manufacturing method, classification and application of 3D printing orthosis.
