    Abstract:

In recent years, with the increase of traffic accidents and the further development of aging, the incidence of pelvic fractures presents a trend of gradual increase.Based on the in-depth study of biomechanics of pelvic fracture fixators, surgical treatment has been widely carried out. The purpose of surgical treatment is to effectively reduce and fix fractures, correct malformations, restore pelvic integrity and stability, and minimize complications caused by internal and external fixators. How to improve pelvic stability while ensuring the treatment effect is a problem that every clinician will face.In order to provide some references for the reasonable treatment of pelvic fractures in clinical practice, this paper reviews the recent progress of biomechanical research on pelvic fractures.
