    Abstract:

Objective: To test whether KOA can affect the regulation of ankle joint on the dynamic balance ability of the elderly female. Methods: The Balance-check dynamic balance tester produced by Dr-Wolff of Germany was used to test and compare the dynamic balance ability of the "ankle strategy" for KOA patients and the general elderly. Results: 1) The dynamic balance ability of KOA group is lower than that of control group (P <0.01); 2) The correlation between rotation speed, maximum rotation speed and balance score and other indicators of KOA group is generally weak, but the correlation between rotation speed, maximum rotation speed and balance score and other indicators of control group is generally strong;3) In KOA group and control group, the balance ability score is positively correlated with the central time percentage, the middle time percentage and the vertical time percentage, and negatively correlated with other indexes. The time percentage of KOA group is lower than control group in the horizontal, vertical and central area. The dynamic balance control ability of KOA group in the left and right direction is basically the same as control group (P>0.05), but the dynamic balance control ability in the vertical direction is weaker than control group (P<0.01). Conclusions: 1) Bilateral KOA reduces dynamic balance of "Ankle Strategy" in the elderly female; 2) The dwell time of the target ball in the center of the balance plate is an effective indicator for assessing the dynamic balance ability of the elderly female e elderly female, and cannot be used to evaluate patients with double KOA; 3)
