    Abstract:

objective The support performance of 27 supports with three support heights (H), three support numbers (N) and three cross-sectional dimensions (L) was simulated. By changing the geometric parameters of stents, different stent models were established to analyze the influence of different parameters on the performance of thoracic aortic stents. Methods The finite element analysis method is used to simulate and analyze the bracket performance test of different parameters of the bracket model. Results When the dimension parameters of the bracket are changed, the bracing performance of the bracket will change with the parameters. The support height, the number of supports and the cross-section size all have certain influence on the support performance. Conclusions Among the influencing factors of support performance, the order of influence degree from big to small is support height, section size and number of supports; with the decrease of support height, support stiffness increases; with the increase of cross-section size, support stiffness increases; with the increase of number of supports, support stiffness increases. These conclusions have certain guiding significance for the development and research of thoracic aortic stents, and provide theoretical basis for the selection and optimization of clinical stents.
