    Abstract:

Abstract:Objective To obtain the kinetic parameters of the foot plantar pressure in different increasing groups, and provide a theoretical basis for the design about Insoles and sneakers in different groups, In order to minimize the risk of foot injury. Method In Total 120 people,There are 15 males and females in the 20-30 age group, 15 males and females in the 30-40 age group, 15 males and females in the 40-50 age group, and 15 males and females in the 50-60 age group.Using the footscan force plate to test the foot peak pressure. Results The peak of the foot plantar pressure is constantly changing with age,and Most of them are rising.Only the first phalanx area, the peak of the foot plantar pressure is gradually decreasing with age. The peak of the female foot plantar pressure in the first phalanx area is gradually decreasing; Most of the people have significantly higher force on the second and fourth bones than the first and fifth metatarsals; The peak of the second metatarsal pressure in men aged 50-60 was also significantly higher than that in the 20-50 age group (P<0.05).Only the peak pressure of the first phalanx gradually decreases with age, and the rest of the region shows a growth phenomenon; There are a significant change in the peak pressure, especially in the second and third metatarsal, which showed an upward trend (p<0.05).Conclusion The pressure of each part of the human foot is different with age.Find out the characteristics of the foot plantar pressure in people of all ages.It is possible to better design sports shoes and to show the functions of sports shoes. This study explores the distribution characteristics of our plantar pressure during normal walking, and study the foot plantar pressure during walking, It hope provide a theoretical basis for the manufacture of sports shoes.
