中医推拿是以中医脏腑和经络学说为理论基础,通过不同手法作用于人体体表特定部位,对机体生理和病理状况进行调节,以达到治疗目标的方法。 对中医推拿手法进行生物力学研究,可揭示手法的生物力学机制,对手法的规范化、标准化以及手法的创新发展具有重要意义。 本文从推拿手法描述、动力学分析、推拿力效应以及手法对比分析几个方面对推拿手法的生物力学研究进展进行综述,以期为中医推拿相关领域的后续研究提供借鉴。

Chinese massage is a method based on the theory of viscera and meridians of traditional Chinese medicine, which regulates the physiological and pathological conditions of the body by applying different techniques to specific parts of body surface to achieve the therapeutic purpose. The study on Chinese massage can reveal the biomechanical mechanism of manipulation, and it is of great significance to normalization, standardization and innovation of manipulation?of?massage. This paper summarized the biomechanical research progress of Chinese message from the aspects of description, dynamic analysis, massage force effect and comparative analysis of manipulation, in order to provide references for follow-up researches in the related fields of traditional Chinese massage.
