肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是一种严重危害人类健康的恶性疾病。 在其发生发展过程中,肝组织内细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)的刚度不断提高。 近年来,研究人员针对生物力学因素在 HCC 发生发展过程中的作用机制的研究表明,ECM 刚度增加在 HCC 发生发展的过程中发挥着重要作用。 本文主要就 HCC 发生发展过程中 ECM 刚度的变化规律以及引起其变化的原因、ECM 刚度增加对肝癌相关细胞的影响、HCC 中基质刚度变化引起的力信号转导等方面进行综述,为 HCC 临床治疗提供新的研究思路和方向。

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a malignant disease that seriously endangers human health. The stiffness of the extracellular matrix (ECM) in liver is increasing in the occurrence and development of HCC. In recent years, studies on the role of biomechanical factors in HCC have shown that the increase of ECM stiffness plays an important role in the occurrence and development of HCC. This article mainly reviewed the changes of ECM stiffness as well as the causes of such changes in the occurrence and development of HCC, and the effect of increased ECM stiffness on HCC-associated cells and the mechanotransduction therein, so as to provide new ideas and directions for the clinical treatment of HCC.
