    摘要:

    选用四具新鲜尸体颈椎标本(C1~C7)制成生物力学实验模型。经测量发现,正常颈椎失稳的临界值为887N,极限强度值为1457N。当C5~6椎间盘部分切除后两者分别下降至601N和880N提示椎间盘破坏后颈椎抵御外力的作用降低,较易出现各类急慢性损伤。

    Abstract:

    Four specimrens of human carvical spine (C1C7) were selected from fresh cadavers and made into samples for biomedchanical laboratory testiy. The measured critical value of stability loss for normal and healthy cervical spine is 887N, while the ultimate strength 1457N. The magnititudes of these 2 partraeters redueced to 601N and 880N respectively following resection of C5-6. disc. The results indicate that after injury of the disc, the resistance of the cervical spine to external force decreases and futher acute and chronic injury of cervical spine may easily occur.
