This paper presents the experimental results on the viscoelasticity of the lumbar vertebrae and discs in wet fresh cadaver specimen.Deformability of the vertebra and disc under different strain were test ed.Studies were also made on the variations of their creeping and laxation property under loading and unloading conditions.
