    摘要:

    采用有限元法对缓冲型圆锥型套筒冠固位体的缓冲间隙与义齿支持组织位移与应力分布进行研究,结果表明,加载力在130N前义齿支持组织中基托下组织应力值明显大于牙周组织,当加载达130N后,固位体内外冠面间隙消失,基牙牙周支持组织应力明显增加,义齿的二种支持组织应力差值减少。

    Abstract:

    Researches have been done on buffer space of buffer type conical telescopic crown retainer as well as displacement of denture support tissues and stress distribution by means of finite element analysis.The result shows that the stress value of subbasal tissues apparently surpassed that of periodontal tissues when the loadr was within 130N,However,after the loading force reaching 130N,the occlusal space between internal & external crown of retainers dissappeared.The stress value of abutment pesiodontal support tissues increased obviously and the differential value of stress between these two kind of support tissues of denture decreased.
