    目的 探讨不同站姿时足底压力分布与足弓结构特征之间的相关性。方法 首先对13名健康成年男性进行足底压力测试,然后进行足部CT扫描和足骨模型重构,建立足弓数字化表征,在此基础上,分析足底压力测量指标与足弓特征测量参数之间的相关性。其中,足底压力测试时双脚分别呈0°、30°和60°站立;足底压力测量指标包括前足峰值压力(forefoot peak pressure, FPP)、中足峰值压力(midfoot peak pressure, MPP)和后足峰值压力(rearfoot peak pressure, RPP);足弓特征测量参数包括内侧纵弓长度、内侧纵弓高度、外侧纵弓长度、外侧纵弓高度、内侧纵弓角、外侧纵弓角、内侧纵弓指数、外侧纵弓指数和足底三角形面积。结果 FPP在0°站姿时与内、外侧纵弓高度,内、外侧纵弓指数和体重正相关,与内、外侧纵弓角负相关;在30°站姿时与内、外侧纵弓长度,内侧纵弓高度,足底三角形面积和体重正相关;在60°站姿时与内、外侧纵弓高度和内侧纵弓指数正相关,与内侧纵弓角负相关。MPP在0°站姿时与内、外侧纵弓长度和足底三角形面积正相关;在30°站姿时与内、外侧纵弓长度,内、外侧纵弓角和足底三角形面积正相关,与内、外侧纵弓指数负相关;在60°站姿时与内、外侧纵弓长度,足底三角形面积和体重正相关。RPP在0°站姿时与内、外侧纵弓高度,内、外侧纵弓指数和体重正相关,与内、外侧纵弓角负相关;在30°和60°站姿时仅与体重正相关,与足弓特征参数无关。结论 不同站姿时的足底压力分布与足弓特征存在不同相关性。研究结果可为临床诊断、治疗和预防因不同站姿引起的足部病理提供理论基础。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the correlation between plantar pressure distribution and arch structural features in different standing positions. Methods First, Thirteen healthy adult men were tested for plantar pressure, and then foot CT scan and foot bone model reconstruction were performed to establish arch digital characterization. On this basis, the correlation between plantar pressure measurement indexes and arch characteristics measurement parameters was analyzed. Of these, the feet were standing at 0°, 30° and 60° respectively during the plantar pressure test; The plantar pressure measurement indexes included forefoot peak pressure (FPP), midfoot peak pressure (MPP) and rearfoot peak pressure (RPP); The arch characteristics measurement parameters included medial longitudinal arch length, medial longitudinal arch height, lateral longitudinal arch length, lateral longitudinal arch height, medial longitudinal arch angle, lateral longitudinal arch angle, medial longitudinal arch index, lateral longitudinal arch index, and plantar triangle area. Results FPP was positively correlated with the medial and lateral longitudinal arch height, the medial and lateral longitudinal arch index and body weight, and negatively correlated with the medial and lateral longitudinal arch angle when standing at 0°; it is positively correlated with the medial and lateral longitudinal arch length, the medial longitudinal arch height, the plantar triangle area and body weight when standing at 30°; it is positively correlated with the medial and lateral longitudinal arch height and the medial longitudinal arch index, and negatively correlated with the medial longitudinal arch angle when standing at 60°. MPP was positively correlated with the medial and lateral longitudinal arch length and the plantar triangle area when standing at 0°; it is positively correlated with the medial and lateral longitudinal arch length, the medial and lateral longitudinal arch angle and the plantar triangle area, and negatively correlated with the medial and lateral longitudinal arch index when standing at 30°; it is positively correlated with the medial and lateral longitudinal arch length, the plantar triangle area and body weight when standing at 60°. RPP was positively correlated with the medial and lateral longitudinal arch height, the medial and lateral longitudinal arch index and body weight, and negatively correlated with the medial and lateral longitudinal arch angle when standing at 0°; it is only positively correlated with body weight, but not with characteristic parameters of foot arch when standing at 30° and 60°. Conclusions There is different correlation between plantar pressure distribution and arch characteristics in different standing positions. The results can provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention of foot pathology caused by different standing posture.
