    摘要:

    腹直肌分离是产后并发症之一,常采用腹肌训练的方法促进其康复,但至今没有普遍可接受的训练模式及其相应的理论支撑。本文从腹壁生物力学角度,对腹直肌分离机制和康复效果进行综述。同时也分析了其争议的原因:可能是腹直肌间距和腹肌厚度测量方法和测量部位的不统一;以及未能用生物力学方法探讨腹直肌分离发生的机制。为此,今后应规范腹直肌分离训练效果方法的预测,研究腹直肌分离状态下的腹肌及其腱膜力学特征,为腹肌训练模式提供依据

    Abstract:

    The Diastasis Recti Abdominis (DRA) is one of postpartum complications and abdominis muscles training is often used for the rehabilitation of DRA, but there are no universally acceptable training modes and the support of corresponding theories. In this paper, the researching methods, mechanism and the effects of rehabilitation of DRA were reviewed from abdominal wall biomechanics. The reasons for the controversy are also analyzed in the meantime: The measurement methods and measurement sites of the rectus abdominis muscle thickness are inconsistent; the mechanism of DRA was not searched by biomechanical methods. Therefore, in the future, we should standardize the prediction of the effect of training of DRA, so as to provide a basis for abdominal muscle training.
