    摘要:

    根据所在部位和功能的不同,口腔黏膜的生物力学特性表现出显著差异。根据口腔黏膜所在的部位和功能可将其分为三类,即咀嚼黏膜、被覆黏膜和特殊黏膜。口腔咀嚼黏膜包括硬腭和牙龈黏膜,承受咀嚼压力和摩擦,在义齿修复中发挥了十分重要的作用。了解口腔咀嚼黏膜的生物力学情况有助于更好的理解和解决与口腔咀嚼黏膜相关的临床问题。本文从解剖生理分析、生物力学特性(应力-应变曲线,泊松比,摩擦系数)、临床意义三个方面对口腔咀嚼黏膜的生物力学研究进展进行了综述,以期为口腔修复学相关领域的研究提供进一步理论依据。

    Abstract:

    According to the location and function of oral mucosa, the oral mucosa can be divided into three categories, namely masticatory mucosa, coated mucosa and special mucosa, which the biomechanics of each category is significantly different. Oral masticatory mucosa, including hard palate and gingival mucosa, bears chewing pressure and friction, and plays an important role in denture restoration. Understanding the biomechanics of oral masticatory mucosa is helpful to understand and solve the clinical problems related to oral masticatory mucosa better. This paper reviews the progress of biomechanical research on oral masticatory mucosa from three aspects: anatomical and physiological analysis, biomechanical characteristics (stress-strain curve, Poisson's ratio, friction coefficient) and clinical significance, in order to provide further theoretical basis for the study of oral prosthodontics.
