目的：通过步态分析评估口服非变性II型胶原蛋白对膝关节骨性关节炎的康复效果。方法：受试者为16位I级与II级膝关节骨性关节炎患者，以WOMAC问卷了解患者膝关节的不适症状，使用KneeKG红外线三维膝关节评估系统分析患者患肢膝关节的运动学特征，通过Pair t-test检验服用非变性II型胶原蛋白三个月后运动学数据的差异，显著水平采用α= 0.05。结果：服用后患者膝关节疼痛感、僵硬感、日常生活困难度皆明显降低（P<0.05），膝关节屈伸角度由51.8±15.2°增加至58.4±10.7°（P<0.05），着地时膝关节内翻角度降低至2.1±4.8°，膝关节内翻症状的改善率达82%。结论：服用非变性II型胶原蛋白三个月对膝关节骨性关节炎患者起到康复的作用，膝关节活动角度接近健康老年人的水平，同时改善了膝内翻的症状。
Objective: This study measure the knee kinematics during gait analysis to confirm the effects of oral collagen on rehabilitation of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: Sixteen patients with level I and II knee osteoarthritis were recruited in this study. The WOMAC questionnaire was used to measure the symptoms of knee joint in patients. The KneeKG 3D evaluation system was used to measure the knee kinematics. The Pair t-test was applied to assess the significance in knee kinematics after three months oral Undenatured Collagen Type II (UC II), and the statistical significance was set at α = 0.05. Results: After oral UC II, the feeling of knee joint pain, stiffness, and the difficulty of daily life were reduced. In addition, knee flexion angle was increased from 51.8±15.2°to 58.4±10.7° (P<0.05), and knee varus angle was decreased to 2.1±4.8°. Conclusion: Taking UC II for three months can play a role in rehabilitation for patients with early knee osteoarthritis. The knee range of motion is close to the level of healthy elderly, and this also improving the symptoms of knee varus.
