应用材料力学中的弯曲理论和拉伸理论以及实验方法对用微型形状记忆合金骑缝钉治疗后的隐裂牙的抗折力进行了分析和研究。结果表明,用形状记忆合金骑缝钉治疗的隐裂牙,其抗破坏为2236±1654 N。而没用形状记忆合金骑缝钉治疗的隐裂牙,其抗破坏为 1348 ±947 N。经统计学分析,用形状记忆合金骑缝钉治疗的隐裂牙,其抗破坏能力要明显大于没用形状记忆合金骑缝钉治疗的隐裂牙(P < 0.05)。

The strength of the teeth with subclinical fractures which are cured with miniature SMA staples is analysed and studied using bending theory, tensile theory and experimental method in material strength. It is included that the strength of teeth with subclinical fractures which are cured with miniature SMA staples is 2236 symbol 177 "Symbol" s 10.5眪 1654 N, the strength of teeth with subclinical fractures which are not cured with miniature SMA staples is 1348 symbol 177 "Symbol" s 10.5眪 947 N, and that the strength of teeth with subclinical fractures which are cured with miniature SMA staples is obviously greater than that of the teeth with subclinical fractures which are not cured with miniature SMA staples(P < 0.05).
