    摘要:

    长期摄入过量氟可导致慢性氟中毒。应用骨形态计量学方法对氟中毒家猪胸椎(T2)的结构进行了研究,测量了7种骨形态学参数,发现部分家猪椎体上部骨小梁体积增加,结节间小梁和结节闭环小梁的长度有增加的趋势,游离小粱和结节游离小粱减少,表现为小梁结构致密;部分家猪骨小梁体积减少,NL减少,FF和NF明显增加,结构破坏,这种骨病变的多样性与骨含氟量有关。

    Abstract:

    Endemic fluorosis is a chronic disease which is caused by high intake of fluoride. Xingjing county, in Sichuan province is an area that has been believed to be endemic for fluorosis included by burning coal in which fluoride content is very high. The results of histomorphometric study showed that in some pigs, there is osteosclerosis characterized by the increased trabeculae volume while in the others, osteoporosis was found with decreased number of trabeculae and disconnected trabeculae. The observation is thought to be related to the concentration of fluoride in bone.
